Industrial journey of this complex began in 1981. When the universities were closed due to cultural evolution in Iran, few young and ambitious students began making road construction machinery parts after buying a lathe and renting a shop on Kohandej street in Esfahan. In 1984 “Machine Ajza” was established. In 1986 some of the founders of this establishment were involved in building the first submarine in Iran while being in military service. They became familiar with hydraulic systems and periscope lifting system. experiences they gained helped Machine Ajza to build mechanical machinery such as conveyors, bucket elevators, etc. In 1989, a new shop was established in Garicheh when the number of staff and equipment increased.
In 1993, due to the experience and magazines and catalogues from other countries which were hard to access, a lot of trial and error, the contract for the first scissor lift was signed for “Gaz Soozan” company. But before finishing the scissor lift a lift for disabled people was built in 1994. The first scissor lift built in Iran was successfully delivered to its owner and it’s been working till this day after 30 years. Showing the quality of CLAIER’s products and excellent after-sale services. In that same year after safety checks and researches the first mobile scissor lift was built and was shown in “Tejarat Islami” international showroom. After many immobile industrial lifts, hydraulic lifting tables and product line lifts were built for many customers. one of the biggest projects was building a mobile scissor lift with 19 meters of access for “Astan Ghods Razavi” in 1996 which is considered the largest mobile scissor lift ever built in Iran after nearly 30 years.
After the development of Machine Ajza company in 1997, a new place was purchased in Oshtorjan industrial zone. On that same year project of the first 10 ton lifting platform in middle east was started. To gain more technical science for this project, company’s managers went to Germany in 1999 to attend to the Bauma showroom and pay a visit to Triple company. After going on that trip, the 10 ton lifting platform was built successfully, also a mast lift and a boom lift were imported from Skyjack brand.
One year later, in 2000, a contract was signed with ” Dejpad Monaaghed” company for 15 dock levelers that were built in for the first time in Iran.
in 2001 , the first wagon’s screw lifts in Iran were made by Machine Ajza company for “Ideh Saar” company and made development in railway industries.
In 2003 Machine Ajza’s fields of activities had grown in fields like structural steel skeletons, oil industries, industrial noise control, etc. a new factory was opened in second faze of Oshtorjan industrial zone.
in 2004 different departments were established in the factory and lifting equipment department was one of them. This department concentrated specially on manufacturing, designing selling and after-sales services of lifting platforms. Creating different sales representatives, importing parts for lifting platforms, designing new hydraulic lifts, creating research and development team, etc. are some the activities of this department.
Three years later in 2007, this department became completely independent.
Lifting platforms manufacturing department, tried hard to export hydraulic lifting platforms and in 2008 a scissor lift was exported to United Arab Emirates that lead to exporting lifting platforms to Iraq, Turkmenistan, Syria, etc.
In 2011, (CLAIER) brand was registered for dock levelers and lifting platforms. Brand’s name is inspired by a mountain’s name from َAlborz mountain range. In that same year CLAIER became a distributor for a Turkish brand and started its activity in building truck mounted lifting platforms.
Manufacturing truck mounted scissor lifts for repairs in tunnels started in this decade. Two scissor lifts were designed and installed on trucks to make repairing in tunnels easier.
In 2012 and 2013 when social media and internet was developing CLAIER’s website was set up and its initial facebook activities started.
Two years later , the independent lifting equipment manufacturing department became “Aseman Machine Asia”. and CLAIER brand was transferred to Aseman Machine Asia.
Improvement of international relationships in 2015 in one hand and the efforts this company made to develop international relationships on the other hand, lead to Aseman Machine becoming the distributor for Italian brand Isoli, which is a company active in manufacturing truck mounted platforms, rescue vehicles and hydraulic cranes. Also in 2016 a Spanish company “Inkma” that manufactures dock levelers and warehouse equipment, made Claier its distributor.
Claier’s efforts continued in international relations leading to becoming the distributor for Germany’s PB lift and England’s Niftylift ( self-propelled boom lift manufacturer) and Turkey’s ELS lift ( self-propelled scissor lift manufacturer).
Also in 2018, traditional old hydraulic systems were replaced by new power packs from Hydronit Italy.
In 2019 Claier successfully got Iso 9001 from QAL company from England for the new “Aseman Machine” company.
Claier’s mobile lifting platforms, were used in airports before ,but in 2020, by designing and building a lifting platform for Taban Airlines catering unit, Claier became one of the companies that manufacture airport equipment.
در سال ۱۴۰۱ ، کلایر موفق به اخذ نمایندگی از شرکت ایزی لیفت ایتالیا ، تولید کننده بالابر عنکبوتی گردید.
مهمترین اقدام کلایر در سال ۱۴۰۰، ایجاد واحد مستقل خدمات پس از فروش و برند رندیک در ۱۴۰۱ بود. این واحد منجر به تسریع و گسترش فرآیندهای خدمات بالابر و داک لولر گردید.
در سال ۱۴۰۱، اولین ترولی بالابر گلخانه ای کلایر، به سفارش شرکت فجر صفا طراحی و تولید شد. همچنین سیستم های خودمحرک در بالابر سیار آکاردئونی به کار گرفته شده و تحولی در بالابرهای متحرک کلایر ایجاد شد.
